Our property works well for folks looking to host memorable, low-key, multi-day events in a beautiful environment. We work best for small- to medium-sized events such as weddings and family/friend gatherings, along with small-group corporate or wellness retreats. We also offer two types of accommodations for multi-day events.

3-DAY EVENT PACKAGE
This package offers many options for you and your guests to create special memories together. Access to the property will start at 12PM on the first day through 3PM on the third day. Spaces in this package include:
For ceremonies, receptions, and gatherings:
Disco Church (seats ~80 guests; and yes! it has disco ball lighting)
Barn (seats ~75 guests inside the barn and ~25 guests on the party deck; electricity available)
Historic Cabin (seats ~16 guests; can also be used for serving drinks)
Graded outdoor area (several areas - farmhouse lawn, between the barn and historic cabin, or near the river; can accommodate a party tent up to 60' long x 30' wide)
Mowed outdoor area (located along the river in front of the church; can seat around 30 guests)
Cocktail Garden
Designated spaces for general and accessible parking
For overnight accommodation (See Event Accommodations section for more info):
Farmhouse (Includes 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed. Guests can bring their own air mattresses to accommodate additional guests. Maximum of 10 overnight guests. Includes a poker/game room for up to 8 players)
River Cabin (Includes 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Maximum of 4 overnight guests)
There is WiFi available throughout the venue area but cell phone service is spotty.
You will be responsible for contracting with vendors to provide the services and goods needed for the Event. (We can provide a list of local options.) This includes but is not limited to caterers, audio-visual equipment, portable toilet services for all guests not staying in the Farmhouse or River Cabin, and rental services for linen and table services, tables, chairs, or tents, etc. You will also be responsible for purchasing event liability insurance.
TOTAL COST: $5,000 (includes local and state taxes). More days can be included for an additional cost.

You will be provided with 10 hours of access to the property. Spaces in this package include:

You will be responsible for contracting with vendors to provide the services and goods needed for the Event. (We can provide a list of local options.) This includes but is not limited to caterers, audio-visual equipment, portable toilet services for all guests, and rental services for linen and table services, tables, chairs, or tents, etc. You will also be responsible for purchasing event liability insurance.
TOTAL COST: $2,000 (includes local and state taxes)
SMALL GROUP RETREATS
Best for groups of 10 or less if you would like everyone to stay on the property, or for around 20 participants if you also want to use other local overnight stay options (we are happy to provide recommendations.)
We will work with you to develop a customized package with access to the gathering spaces, accommodations, and activities needed for your group. We also can provide facilitation services and recommend local vendors and providers to support your retreat.
